Oat flakes, low-fat quark, 100% peanut butter, banana pieces, cinnamon, whey protein concentrate (milk), sweetener, chia seeds, water, raw cacao powder, 100% cacao nibs, Celtic sea salt.

Microwave (defrosted):
Remove all foil and heat for approx. 3 minutes at 800 watts.
Microwave (frozen):
Poke a few holes in the foil and microwave the meal. Heat for about 7-8 minutes at 800 watts.
Pan (thawed):
Heat a pan with some butter, add the meal and cook until the desired temperature is reached.
Oven (defrosted):
Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Place your YesMeal in an ovenproof dish and bake for 15-20 minutes. (Note: our dishes are ovenproof up to a maximum of 120°C (250°F).
After heating:
1. If necessary, pour out any freezing liquid from your YesMeal.
2. Add (extra) herbs and/or sauce if desired!
