Heating Instructions

Microwave (defrosted):

Remove all foil and heat for approx. 3 minutes at 800 watts.

Microwave (frozen):

Poke a few holes in the foil and microwave the meal. Heat for about 7-8 minutes at 800 watts.

Pan (thawed):

Heat a pan with some butter, add the meal and cook until the desired temperature is reached.

Oven (defrosted):

Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Place your YesMeal in an ovenproof dish and bake for 15-20 minutes. (Note: our dishes are ovenproof up to a maximum of 120°C (250°F).

After heating:

1. If necessary, pour out any freezing liquid from your YesMeal.

2. Add (extra) herbs and/or sauce if desired!

FAQ

That's a good question! All our meals are frozen immediately after cooking (shock frozen). All our ingredients are also purchased the same day our meals are prepared.

We replenish our stock twice a week, so it doesn't get any fresher than this!

You choose your preferred delivery day, Monday through Saturday. Meals are delivered between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (excluding holidays). Order before 1:00 PM (Monday through Friday), and you'll receive your package the next day. We'll send you a track & trace code the evening before delivery around 6:00 PM.

If you're unexpectedly unable to be home, you can use this link to let them know what to do with your package. Whether it should be delivered to a neighbor's house, or a safe location around the house.

Don't worry, the package will stay cool for a good 24 to 36 hours (provided the package isn't in the blazing sun of course!) :)
