Delivery and shipping
You choose your delivery date (Monday through Saturday). Meals are delivered between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (excluding holidays). If you order before 1:00 PM (Monday through Friday), your package will be delivered the next day! You'll receive a track & trace code around 6:00 PM for the delivery date.
Unable to receive your YesMeals package in person? Don't worry, you have a few options:

Delivery to neighbors : Please arrange for the delivery driver to leave the package with a neighbor. You are responsible for arranging this. Leave clear instructions, for example, with a note on the door.

Track & trace options : Using the track & trace code you receive from us by email, you can indicate whether the package can be delivered to your neighbors or left at your own risk at a location of your choosing. Please note that the package should not be refrigerated!
With these solutions you can be sure that you will receive your meals even when you are not at home.
PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to be home for delivery or to collect the package in time from the post office, and to ensure that the package is kept cool!

Postage costs:
For orders under €85, we charge a €6.95 shipping fee. For orders over €85, shipping is free. (Minimum order value is €50.)
